Study Acupuncture in Copenhagen
Now offered in English
A professional comprehensive education
At Copenhagen Acupuncture School, we educate future acupuncturists at the highest level in Denmark and Scandinavia – and now, our full programme is available in English.
This is not a short course. It is a comprehensive, professional education designed for those who want to truly master acupuncture and work confidently with patients.
An education at the highest standard
Our acupuncture programme has been evaluated and placed at Level 6 in the Danish Qualifications Framework. The programme is evaluated at EQF Level 6 (Bachelor level in terms of learning outcomes).
This means:
- You receive a deep and structured education
- The programme meets high academic and clinical standards
- Our teachers are among the most experienced practitioners in the field
The education is approved by the Danish professional association Praktiserende Akupunktører (PA) and meets European standards through ETCMA.
Learn more than techniques and protocols – Learn clinical mastery
Anyone can learn to insert needles.
But becoming a skilled acupuncturist requires much more.
At our school, you learn to:
- Understand the body through classical Chinese medicine
- Translate symptoms into precise diagnoses
- Deliver individualised treatments with real effect
From day one, theory and practice are integrated.
Every teaching day includes hands-on clinical training, so you develop both confidence and precision.
A flexible education designed for real life
The programme is part-time, allowing you to study while maintaining your work and personal life.
- Hybrid learning with online theory + on-site clinical weekends
Our online platform gives you access to:
- Recorded lessons
- Case studies
- Quizzes and learning materials
So you can learn at your own pace while still receiving strong clinical training.
Why choose a longer education?
Short courses may promise quick results – but they rarely provide the depth needed for real clinical work.
Acupuncture is a craft that requires:
- Time
- Practice
- Supervised clinical experience
Our graduates stand out because they are trained to create real results, not just perform techniques.
A personal and transformative journey
Studying acupuncture is more than learning a profession.
It is a process where you:
- Develop clinical skills
- Gain deep understanding of people and health
- Grow both professionally and personally
We support each student individually, ensuring you reach a high level – both technically and as a practitioner.
Career opportunities
After graduation, you will be prepared to:
- Start your own clinic
- Join multidisciplinary clinics
- Work in sports, wellness, or healthcare environments
- Integrate acupuncture into existing medical professions
With the growing recognition of acupuncture, new opportunities continue to emerge.
